IndoorPlectranthus (money plant)
Plectranthus verticillatus
How it grows in Huelva. Easy in bright interiors; propagates quickly and is often gifted between friends.
The plectranthus, the money plant, has been gifted for generations as a symbol of good luck, precisely because it's so easy to share: one cutting is enough to start a new plant in someone else's home. In Huelva it passes from pot to pot between families. It reminds us that wishing others well, in a simple and concrete way, is also a form of generosity.
